Cheffelo are building a new data platform to support our 300+ colleagues and our thousands of customers across Scandinavia. This is a huge initiative which involves many different workstreams and projects, but it requires so much more than just writing the code.
It requires a cultural change in the team, hiring the right people, implementing a new way of working, and getting the whole organisation bought into the vision of the new data platform.
In this talk I will explain why we’re building the new data platform, what we have done in order to get to where we are today, and how you can learn from what went well… and what didn’t go so well.
