At Entur we have been attempting to apply Data Mesh Principles for the last 2 years, starting very small, and gradually scaling. We hope to be able to share some key learnings to address the pain points from our attempt at applying these principles, so that others may not make the same mistakes. The main point will be that our biggest failure has been in doing too many new things, too soon.
